MailKash Participation Agreement

Version 1.0

1. What MailKash is

MailKash lets you earn by lending your email inbox to a shared email “warmup” pool. A warmup pool is a group of real inboxes that send friendly messages to one another so that email providers continue to see them as trusted, active accounts.

Your inbox is used ONLY to strengthen this warmup pool. It is never used to send marketing, promotions, bulk mail, or any message to people outside the pool.

2. How your inbox is used

When you submit an inbox, you provide the email address and an app password. This lets our system connect to your inbox to send and receive a small number of warmup emails each day, and to move those warmup emails out of spam if needed.

Warmup emails are short, ordinary-looking messages exchanged only with other inboxes inside the pool. We keep the daily volume low and human-like to protect your account.

We do not read, collect, forward, or store your personal emails. We only interact with the warmup messages our own system creates.

3. Your responsibilities

You must own the inbox you submit and have the right to use it this way.

You must keep the app password valid. If you revoke it, change your password, disable IMAP, or otherwise cut off access after being approved, your inbox stops working for the pool.

Sharing app-password access with a third party may be against your email provider’s terms of service. You take responsibility for your own account and how you use it.

4. Earnings and payment

You earn a fixed, one-time payout for each inbox that is verified and approved into an open rental request. The exact amount is shown before you submit.

Earnings are held for 24 hours after approval, then become available to withdraw. The minimum withdrawal is ₦1,000, paid to your verified bank account via our payment processor.

If an inbox fails our checks (bad credentials, revoked access) before its earnings become available, the earnings for that inbox are cancelled.

5. Standing, strikes and bans

We continuously check that approved inboxes still work. If an inbox you were paid for is later found to have revoked or broken access, you receive a strike and your standing drops.

Three strikes result in a permanent ban from MailKash. To enforce bans and prevent re-registration, we may verify and retain your identity information (including BVN and bank details) solely for fraud-prevention and payment purposes.

6. Privacy

We collect the minimum needed to run the service: your account details, the inbox address and app password (encrypted), your bank account for payouts, and — only when you withdraw — identity details required by our payment processor.

App passwords and identity data are encrypted at rest. We never sell your data. You can stop participating at any time by removing your inboxes; doing so may forfeit pending, not-yet-available earnings.

7. Acceptance

By continuing, you confirm that you have read and agree to this Agreement, that you own the inboxes you submit, and that you consent to your inboxes being used as described for the warmup pool.
